The following stage to size design is mould design, critical phase and heart of the technical
office. Utilizing our CAD-CAM stations we study the realization of the moulds in each section,
in order to obtain the best performance during production.
With our technology always up-to-date, we guarantee infact an accurate study of the whole
intensive system of coolings which will give to the mould elevated cycles of hourly production.
The choice of materials for the construction of the mould ( alluminium, stainless steel, berillium
copper…) depends on the type of the final object required by the customer, on the quantity
and quality of the product, on the field of its own employment.
Then using only raw materials strictly certified by Europeen companies, we give to our moulds
a such guarantee and reliability in future absolutely unquestionable.
